Lawrence L. Pearce – Director & Co-Founder
Lawrence L. Pearce is a co-founder of the Realco Group and maintains executive responsibility for the Realco Group’s real estate development activites. Mr. Pearce has a B.S. Degree from Purdue University (1966) and an M.B.S. Degree from the University of Chicago (1968). Prior to the organization of the Realco Group in 1974, Mr. Pearce was a Vice President of the Inland Steel Company in Chicago, IL where he was involved in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and the establishment of Inland Steel Urban Development Company.
Edward P. McCrystal – Director
Edward P. McCrystal is the Director of Finance and has overseen all financial activities since joining the company in 1979. He also serves as president of Realco Service Corp, which provides the accounting and administrative support for the Realco Group. Edward served as a Platoon Commander in the United States Army from 1967-1971, earning a Purple Heart during his service in Vietnam. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1972.
Robert S. Tulloch – Director
A partner in the Realco Group since 2002, Mr. Tulloch has been involved in the creation of more than $150 million in revenue from the sale of over 300 condominium units. Most recently, Mr. Tulloch participated in the $23 million acquisition of a 90 acre parcel of land with an entitled mix of commercial zoning up to 800,000 square feet which is currently under development. As a managing partner, his responsibilities encompass the entire development process – including initial site selection, market and feasibility studies, preliminary project financial analysis, securing construction and/or permanent financing, the hiring of the construction management team through the final steps of obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy. Mr. Tulloch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado.
