Building off of the 30-year history and successful track record of the Realco Group, Realco Capital Partners, LLC was established to find exceptional buying opportunities. As such, the group is positioning itself to grow its real estate platform and look for additional acquisition and development targets that will produce strong risk adjusted returns for its investors. In this ever-changing real estate market, Realco Capital Partners strongly believes that a rigorous and "institutional" mindset in evaluating and investing in real estate will produce solid returns for our investors. • Markets - High growth markets on the East Coast, Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States. Particular focus on student housing in close proximity to universities.


• Target Total Deal Size - $5mm - $35mm


• Deal Profile - Development, redevelopment, repositioning, or re-tenanting opportunities at superior locations for office, retail, industrial, and residential assets. Preference will be given to deals with Current Cash Flow that have longer term potential to add value. Realco Capital Partners will also look to partner on deals where our skill set significantly adds value.
